Sugiono, the newly appointed Secretary-General of the Great Indonesia Movement Party (Gerindra) for the 2025–2030 term, expressed his appreciation to his predecessor, Ahmad Muzani, who served in the position for 17 years. During an event at Garuda Yaksa Padepokan, Sugiono extended his gratitude to Muzani for his significant contributions to the party and his role in leading Prabowo Subianto to the presidency. He also acknowledged Prof. Dr. Sufmi Dasco Ahmad for his role in building the party. Sugiono emphasized the importance of unity and solidarity among party cadres while working together to support President Prabowo Subianto’s leadership in creating a just and prosperous Indonesia. The newly announced Gerindra Central Executive Board (DPP) for the 2025–2030 period includes Prabowo Subianto as Chairman, Sufmi Dasco Ahmad as Executive Chairman, Sugiono as Secretary-General, and Satrio Dimas Adityo as Treasurer-General.
