Prabowo Subianto, the Chairman of the Great Indonesia Movement Party (Gerindra), has officially announced the new composition of the Central Executive Board (DPP) for the 2025–2030 period. In this new structure, Prabowo Subianto will continue to hold the positions of Chairman and Chairman of the Board of Trustees. Sufmi Dasco Ahmad has been appointed as the Executive Chairman, Sugiono as the Secretary-General, and Satrio Dimas Adityo as the Treasurer-General. The official signing of the document took place at Prabowo’s residence at Garuda Yaksa Padepokan in Hambalang.
Sugiono, the Secretary-General, expressed gratitude for the support of all Gerindra Party cadres. He emphasized the importance of this moment as a renewed commitment to strengthening unity and solidarity within the party, especially in supporting the leadership of President Prabowo Subianto. Sugiono also highlighted the significance of fulfilling the President’s oath of office in accordance with the 1945 Constitution and all applicable laws.
Furthermore, Sugiono conveyed appreciation for the trust placed in him to serve as Secretary-General and thanked his predecessor, Ahmad Muzani, who held the position from 2008 to 2025. He expressed deep gratitude to Ahmad Muzani for his years of service to the party. Sugiono, who also serves as Indonesia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, concluded by thanking Prof. Dr. Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, the newly appointed Executive Chairman, for his enduring contributions to the party since its establishment.
The announcement marks a significant milestone for the Gerindra Party as it prepares for the upcoming years under the new leadership structure. This development showcases the party’s commitment to unity, solidarity, and supporting the administration led by President Prabowo Subianto.
