The President personally read the letters in his office, as shared through the Cabinet Secretariat’s official Instagram account. One touching letter, penned by a student named Erni Andayani, expressed deep gratitude for the inauguration of Sekolah Rakyat, providing access to quality education and reigniting aspirations. The school, officially launched for the 2025-2026 academic year and managed by the Ministry of Social Affairs, aims to support children from disadvantaged families across Indonesia. Sekolah Rakyat currently operates in 63 locations, serving communities in Java, Sumatra, Sulawesi, and East Nusa Tenggara (NTT). The students’ letters reflect the impact of the school in providing them with opportunities for a better future, thanks to the vision and generosity of President Prabowo.
